Hi, I’m Shilpa!
As an experience strategy leader with over 13 years of professional experience, I apply design thinking methods to address complex business needs with a user-centered approach. My passion is in the fuzzy front end of gnarly problems, and I have broad experience working across the UX spectrum.
My roots span a multitude of fields, from embedded software to neuroscience to design, research and strategy. As I have grown in my career, I have expanded from a curious individual creator to an impactful thought leader. People know me for my clarity of thought, intellectual capacity, and ability to cut through the noise & connect the dots that matter most.
I love working with kind humans who are just as dedicated and enthusiastic as I am about making a purposeful impact. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, experimenting with new recipes, reading oddly specific genres of science fiction, and spending time with loved ones.

She is collaborative, creative, pragmatic, ridiculously smart and a delight to work with.
Her ultimate superpower and deep passion lies in experience strategy. She has routinely worked with colleagues in my team, and others from across the company, on a series of high impact strategic studies. Indeed, the eloquent and productive manner in which has been able to navigate rooms full of strong opinions with objective insights and rational, creative perspectives has been a joy to see, and the final decisions were all the better for it.
