What is the Hamilton App?
This mobile app is the one stop shop for a guest staying at a fictional staff-less hotel. The design focuses on encouraging human-to-human interactions between guests and delightfully optimizing the micro moments of a guest’s journey for maximum efficiency.
The Prompt
A new invisible service hotel is opening in Washington D.C. An invisible service hotel provides many of the amenities of a modern luxury hotel, but without a front desk or onsite staff. From check-in to check-out, consider how technologies can provide concierge-level services that are traditionally handled by a hotel staff.
The Outcome
In addition to the mobile touchpoint, I designed the full end-to-end guest experience from check-in to check-out in the form of a journey map. Check out my process work below to see the complete concept.
